In the office, each new client goes through the KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. Managers will ask you for your full name, date of birth, and in case of purchasing cryptocurrency, your wallet address. We will add this data to the client database, and you will no longer need it during future visits. We will also need to scan your documents, and you will need to fill out a payment order. It is important to provide current and reliable data, since using the service for illegal purposes, including money laundering, is strictly prohibited.
The manager can check you against open government databases. If negative information is found, we have the right to refuse cooperation. To make sure that you communicated with us, the manager will ask to show your account and correspondence. Fraudsters often fake Telegram accounts, copying our style to lure money under the guise of CASHERS. These checks protect your funds and our reputation.
The last step is a few questions about the purpose of your visit to make sure that you are acting voluntarily and have not become a victim of fraud.
All funds coming to Cashers undergo AML check (Anti-Money Laundering). This helps to identify sanctioned or criminal coins, so we request the wallet address in advance. We do not accept high-risk cryptocurrency, for example, from the Dark Market or mixers. If such funds are detected, a refund is only possible to the original wallet with a commission of up to 5%. Thanks to regular checks, our cryptocurrency is always clean.
To comply with AML and KYC standards, users are verified by providing a passport or identification card. If the exchange blocks funds due to high risk, we may request additional documents. Also note: transfers in favor of third parties are prohibited, and the service is not available to citizens of some countries (for example, the USA, Iran, DPRK – a full list in our AML Policy).
In fact, these procedures are simple, take little time and are necessary for your safety and our reputation.
