USER AGREEMENT
ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

This User Agreement on Personal Data Processing (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) defines the procedure for the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data of Users of the Cashers service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”, the “Operator”), located at https://cashersgroup.io/

(including all subdomains of the website).

By using the Service website, submitting an exchange request, or otherwise interacting with the Service, the User confirms their consent to the terms of this Agreement.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Agreement is developed to ensure the rights and freedoms of Users when processing their personal data, as well as to comply with AML/KYC requirements and ensure transaction security.

1.2. The Service processes Users’ personal data exclusively to the extent necessary for providing services, fulfilling obligations, and complying with legal requirements.

1.3. Use of the Service is permitted only for persons who have reached the age of 18. The Service does not intentionally process personal data of minors.

2. Terms and definitions

2.1. Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (User).

2.2. User — an individual who uses the Service website and/or submits an exchange request.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

The User’s personal data is processed for the following purposes:

4.1. Creation, support, and execution of exchange requests;
4.2. Communication with the User, providing consultations and notifications;
4.3. Performing AML/KYC procedures and preventing fraudulent activities;
4.4. Ensuring transaction security and protecting the Service;
4.5. Complying with legal requirements and requests from authorized authorities;
4.6. Improving the quality of the Service and user experience.

5. Legal grounds for processing

5.1. Personal data processing is carried out on the basis of the User’s consent expressed when using the website and submitting a request.

5.2. In certain cases, data processing is carried out to fulfill obligations imposed on the Service by law, as well as to protect the legitimate interests of the Service.

6. Procedure for processing and storing personal data

10. Amendments to the Agreement

11.1. This Agreement is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.

11.2. Use of the Service website constitutes the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
